We believe software should treat you with respect. Here is exactly how your data is handled on Senior Moments.
Your email is strictly private
We will never display your email address to other members, nor will we sell or rent it. It is strictly used for password recovery, secure login, and optional email notifications that you can control.
You control what is shared
Your display name, town/region, public biography, and public Moments are visible to the community. When publishing a story, you can choose to make it Public (visible to all), Members-only, or restricted to your Family Link.
Our safety first policy
To keep our members safe from financial pressure, scams, and unsolicited contact, we do not support private messaging or contact detail swapping on our public feed. If anyone requests money or personal info, block and report them immediately.
Data rights & deletion
Your profile details are yours. You can edit your name, location, and bio at any time in your Settings. If you ever wish to delete your account and remove all of your moments, you can request account deletion in the Account tab.

By participating in the Senior Moments whānau, you promise to uphold our safety stance: no private messaging, no contact detail swapping, no investment/money requests, and absolute kindness.
